EstateFormCA delivers real estate form preparation and advisory services to assist with legal document completion in Canada. Services include document drafting, e-signature support, and consultation as per your order.

1.1 Service Fees and Scheduling

Service fees are displayed at the time of order. Upon payment, you will receive a confirmation email with scheduling details. You may reschedule a service at least 48 hours before the planned date without penalty. Rescheduling requests can be submitted via our contact form.

1.2 Cancellations and Refund Policy for Services

You may cancel a service up to 24 hours prior to its start date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are not eligible for a refund, as time and resources will have been allocated. To request a reimbursement, please submit a cancellation request through our contact form. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method. Instead of a refund, you may opt to defer the service to a later date at no additional charge, provided you request before the 24-hour window.

2. Information Products

EstateFormCA offers digital materials such as PDF guides, templates, and instructional resources for real estate matters.

2.1 Usage and Delivery

Digital products are made available for download immediately after purchase. You will receive an email with download instructions.

2.2 Non-Refundable Policy for Digital Products

Due to the intangible and duplicable nature of digital files, purchases of information products are final and not eligible for reimbursement once the download link has been accessed. If you encounter technical issues or do not receive access, please contact us via our contact form for assistance.

3. Physical Goods

Our site may offer printed forms and supplementary printed materials shipped to your address.

3.1 Shipping and Handling

We ship within 5 business days of order confirmation. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

3.2 Returns and Exemptions for Physical Goods

Printed materials may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused and in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us via our contact form. Approved returns will be refunded within 15 business days once we receive and inspect the items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part. Defective or incorrect items may be shared at no cost upon verification.

4. General Terms

All purchases and services are subject to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; changes will be effective upon posting on EstateFormCA.info. Continued use of our site or services after modifications indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
